 Go to Global Options -> Keymaps and set an easier key map for it (Open
 Debugger action)?
 If "Ctrl+Alt+D" is a combo that does something outside of ScummVM, ie, if
 it's something set in the Desktop environment, then there should be a way
 to find it and clear it.
 Here https://askubuntu.com/questions/27775/how-do-i-minimize-all-the-
 windows-using-a-keyboard-shortcut (quite old thread) they mention that
 Ctrl + Super + D minimizes all windows. But more importantly they mention
 how you can access the keymap settings and changes them in Ubuntu
