 Steps to reproduce:
 1. Load save
 2. Enter alley. See that the amulet hotspot is still present, although you
 already have the item in your inventory
 3. Examine hotspot
 4. Leave alley. Beggar disappears, meaning that you don't need to distract
 him to climb the wall, skipping part of the puzzle.
