 What happens:
 In Master Lu’s tomb, after Mei is holding the crank and you try to go
 through the door, the expected death scene (Ripley getting crushed)
 doesn’t play correctly. Instead of the proper squashing animation, the
 game shows glitched.

 Steps to trigger:
 Insert the crank
 Talk to her and ask to hold the crank.
