 First, I'd recommend testing with a more recent daily build. Yours is from
 about 10 days ago so this could be some intermediate "hiccup" that already
 got fixed.

 Second, you could backup your configuration file, then delete the original
 and let ScummVM start with a "clean slate", whereby it will create a new
 config file. Is the crash issue still happening then? Is it related to
 changing options for the Innsmouth game specifically (or just opening its
 Edit Game tab) or with changing any option?
