 I am testing on Windows 10 x64 with a local build from recent master HEAD
 (built with mingw64).

 The game I'm mainly testing with is the AGS game "Chronicles of Innsmouth:
 Mountains of Madness" (Steam version, English). I have also tested "The
 Blackwell Epiphany (GOG English)" and it has the same issue.

 When looking at the achievements tab from the ScummVM launcher -> Game
 Options -> Achievements, in a windowed view, where the ScummVM window
 takes up about half of my screen, there's a visual glitch that affects the
 scroll bar while hovering over the achievements items in the list.

 I am attaching screenshots (with English and German GUI) of the issue.
