 I found the games crashed on Macos with the 5MB default for TinyGL
 context, so I might increase it by default.  It will need more fixes
 though, there's a bunch of things that don't really render right in TinyGL
 like the dialog boxes which are black-on-black.

 That doesn't seem to be the same error as shown in the screenshot though
 (`tglTexImage2D: invalid internalformat`), I'm not sure what is going on
 there.
