New description:

 I was trying to backup the config of both programs (scummvm and rsaf)
 because for a cache reason (I'm using rsaf to have a webdav view of data
 in another computer) I couldn't see inside a subdir I placed on the games
 dir after I authorized it for scummvm (even drilling down to it).

 Regardless of that bug, my rationale was 'if I clear storage of both
 programs, then restore the configs, everything is reset and I only have to
 readd the access to the games dir in scummv'\

 But it turns out I cant import the scummvm exported zip (even with rsaf
 uninstalled since it provides document providers and could interfere).
 When I select the scummvm backup zip (in the local sdcard download folder)
 first it appears to need no permission and allows selecting(select and
 'select' button pressed), then It popups a new screen asking for
 permissions for the dir (!) and doesn't allow selecting, if I grant them
 it pops up the screen again, if I grant them again it closes and scummvm
 says 'a error occurred while restoring the backup'.


 Kind of broken, this is android 10 tablet.
