 The game works properly in german on my system.
 If you are still having trouble be sure to follow these steps:
 1. Install the english GOG version (use the standalone installer, or GOG
 galaxy, both will work)
 2. Install the German fanmade patch to the same folder where you installed
 the game (you need to run the installer, just placing the executable in
 the folder or extracting it manually won't work)
 3. Add the the game directory to ScummVM using "Add Game"... you'll get to
 choose the 8bit or 24bit version (see screenshot-launcher.png).
 4. Then run the game. After the credits you should see the localized main
 menu (see screenshot-ingame.png)
