 Recently had some trouble adding several scummvm games to the playlist
 after I transfered the games between Oses (android and Linux) and trying
 to access them over a webdav SAF client.


 The reason is the file metadata got all mangled up in the transition from
 Android to Linux, the date and last modified information seemed almost
 random and the permissions for user owner and group owner didn't have
 read\execute access for the new directories.

 ended up doing a mass touch and mass chmod\chown of every file in the
 games dir to fix this, after things started working.


 So I'd first inspect file metadata before blaming scummvm, however you can
 check it in your environment (if you're on android, I recommend termux,
 installed from their site, the play store version is outdated).
