 As explained before, if you run the English entry from the launcher after
 patching, it won't work.

 Please, add the folder with the patched game to ScummVM and see if the
 game gets detected or not.
 If it's detected as German, it should work.
 If not, you should see an "unknown variant" message. In that case, choose
 the "copy clipboard" button and paste it here.
