 Those codes are the ones I have in my notes too (19 codes total).

 I am not sure what the first incremental numbers in the entries for the
 STRINGS_TABLE_AMIGA_CODES are. The 0x15E, 0x15F, ... etc.

 If it's any help, the order of the codes as shown above is not following
 exactly the order of the game levels as played, eg. EDIL (at the End of
 the Caves), happens after "FLLD" (The Sewers), "LIBC" (The First
 Recharger) and "CCAL" (Inside the Caves).

 Also there are many codes that place the avatar outside the filled pool,
 which presumably correspond to discrete save states after a specific
 action was taken (but that's not immediately noticable). These codes are:
 "LDCI", "ICAH", "LDIJ", "FLAK", "FIEI", "LAEA", "GABK", "KCGB". Of these,
 the "ICAH" corresponds to DOS's code for Level 09 (based on what's shown
 currently in ScummVM when I die), and "FIEI" corresponds to DOS's code for
 level 10.
