New description:

 In HoC, when in Istanbul, you can play a game of shells with Mohmar, the
 street gambler. You can place a bet for each round, but every time you
 click on the up or down arrow to place a bet, the number to bet is
 increased (or decreased) by 5, and then immediately by 10. Thus, you can't
 place a bet of, say, 15 sheckels

 Tested under Windows 11. ScummVM daily compiled with MSVC
