 When buying the hacksaw from Kasim, he offers it to you for 50 sheckels,
 at which point you can accept or decline his offer.

 It is not possible to select either option, and the game automatically
 proceeds with the first option to accept his offer.

 Attaching a saved game for reference.

 Go right, then inside Kasim's shop and click on the hacksaw on the right.

 Tested under Windows 11. ScummVM daily compiled with MSVC
