 I am using ScummVM version 2.9.0.

 In Codename: Iceman, when you change the Blackhawk's speed, the game speed
 changes to a faster speed. For example, I play my game at a game speed of
 8. When I change the sub speed from slow to 1/3, my game speed changes to
 7 or 6. Particularly notable is the fact the reducing sub speed always
 sets the game speed to 0, the fastest setting.

 It's easy enough for me to keep resetting the game speed to 8 with Ctrl-S,
 but this is still a bug. Since this is SCI, there may not be much you can
 do about this, but I still wanted to report it.

 I am playing the GOG version of the game.

 I am playing the game on Windows 11 Home, version 24H2.
