 The missing code is implemented here:
 https://github.com/scummvm/scummvm/pull/6481 thanks to ellm135. I'm
 investigating two things before closing this issue:

 1. There a crash when getting the cursors in the Japanese Windows release.
 2. The cursors does not seem to change when hovering on special areas.
