 After figuring our the plot that Linda Walker kidnapped the child and will
 be taking a train to Lorraine, it is NOT possible to wrap up the case by
 simply talking to Constable Upton at the Coffee shop and choose Linda
 Walker as the suspect. The expected out come should be like this video
