Comment:

 I've fixed it in commit 1d20be75a48adc9a273ffda26cd37b3cc4507ce2.

 It just needed another entry with `kGenHEMac`, so that the logic looking
 for the Macintosh files ending in ` (0)` (and such) would be triggered.

 My copy is a PC/Mac release (with the usual dual ISO-9660/HFS layers on
 the CD) numbered 'FFISH4PCMCF' and whose barcode is 5-029988-006892, fwiw.
