 Using 2.10.0git4280-ge1e3ff09a54 on Windows 11, 24H2 and my High-DPI
 display, the mouse cursor sensitivity is too low when starting the game.

 After starting the gaming, you notice that the mouse cursor "runs" way
 slower than it uses to, feeling a bit "laggy". However, bringing up the
 GMM by Ctrl+F5 and returning to the game fixes the cursor speed.

 I can't test this on standard DPI displays since I no longer have one, but
 it might be caused by "bad" scaling.
