 v2.9.1 removed basically all previously required files except scummvm.exe
 ([https://forums.scummvm.org/viewtopic.php?p=100761#p100761 see
 discussion]), except **1** exception:
 * The installation version still includes WinSparkle.dll.
 * The portable version doesn't.

 Why's the difference? The games seem to run without it, but does it
 improve anything?
