#16326: AGOS: Simon 1 DOS CD - MT-32 instrument bug (original game bug)

Priority: normal | Component: Engine: AGOS
Version: | Keywords: MT-32 instruments reset original
    Game: Simon the |
  Sorcerer 1 |
----------------------------+----------------------------------------------
The MT-32 soundtrack for the original DOS CD version of Simon the Sorcerer
has a bug where the game does not reinitialize instruments properly when
switching between music tracks, requiring a manual MT-32 reset SysEx to be
sent before each track change in order for them to sound correct.

Compare the Great Hierophant's recording of the pub music track
 (https://youtu.be/P41JWn0foCs?si=It2qyZcP_80uW9H-&t=798) with this clip
from a playthrough on original hardware
 (https://youtu.be/xaKCfJtq9fA?si=JrXQ4wpmSxFMLBbW&t=690).

Granted, this only seems to affect the original DOS CD version. I've also
tested the DOS floppy and Windows CD versions in both ScummVM and DOSBox,
and both play the music just fine. As it only occurs in one particular
version of the original game, I suppose I should put this down as a
 feature request.
