 The PQ2 PC-98 help screen no longer displays most of its text, only the
 first line is shown. All text was displayed in 2.8.0. (Although the text
 color was black instead of blue.)

 To reproduce, enable Japanese subtitles in-game (Sierra menu \ Subtitle
 On) and then press F1 or Sierra menu \ Help.

 I am selfishly setting priority to High because years ago in #13154 I put
 a lot time into fixing this specific screen without knowing any Japanese
 =)
