 I just tried the Longest Journey and it is also missing a cursor in the
 gmm. I don't have any other 3d games.

 The Longest Journey is still playable though because I can save and exit
 through the in-game menu but TWP does not have access to the in-game menu
 making the gmm mandatory for saving/exiting.
