 Running the original game in vMac will show the king on the throne while
 the intro gong sound plays. In ScummVM the king will not appear until the
 sound has finished playing.

 EDIT: The general problem seems to be that original plays the sounds on a
 background thread (or equivalent) while ScummVM pauses all other tasks
 until the sound has finished playing.
