 I used build `windows-x86-64-master-1f21d0ac`

 * The game is not recognized, it reverts to director-win-fallback with
 ScummVM reporting: {"SPP.EXE", 0, "t:e4a96bebd906cf58b2c3551713fc11cb",
 688875}
 Note that initially it was finding "JREADME", and I had to delete it for
 ScummVM to find SPP.EXE

 These are the game issues I encountered:

 General:
  * Click the "Paint" or "Play" buttons: The game crashes (Builtin "inside"
 did not return a value)
