Comment:

 The original engine uses DirectShow, thus can use any installed video
 codecs without changes, ScummVM does not.

 Even though you have the Steam version we determined that this patch
 itself is an illegal distribution as it just contains the entire German
 game (apparently with reencoded videos) without permission. As such
 ScummVM cannot provide any support here.
