 * priority:  normal => blocker

Comment:

 I'm raising the priority to blocker for consideration in the next release
 cycle.

 The justification is that this seems to be a two-fold regression issue, at
 least on Windows, since the 2.9.0 release.

 - One has to do with a specific (large) commit that was introduced to
 support the Android version of the game (?) but broke how it finds
 resources in the mac version. See my post on the bisect above. The culprit
 commit is:
 https://github.com/scummvm/scummvm/commit/8763d4383b8f3dc2d23ddf69f819fce89117cfbd

 - The other points to a potential issue with how our official Windows
 (stable and daily developer) builds are built (maybe an old/outdated
 dependency issue?).
