 Mystery solved.

 It was caused by "Automatic" default mode of transfer of files in
 FileZilla which resulted in change of LF (Line Feed) to CR/LF (Carriage
 Return/Line Feed) for INFOBAR.TXT

 If this is in any way acceptable, I would propose to check hash and file
 size after forced conversion to LF.

 But in my case, changing file transfer mode to binary solved the issue.
