 This is also an issue with upstream AGS. It was never fully reimplemented
 in v3.6.0 after the audio subsystem rewrite, but I think it's more
 realistic that ScummVM finds a solution someday, because it still supports
 the midi format. This was tested with ScummVM 2.9.1.

 Known games which require MIDI or MOD position to work properly:

 There are quite a few games that need this implementation to start like
 "Cake & Smurphy Puzzle Battle!"
