 If you start the demo (from https://scummvm.org/demos/director), hit the
 menu then hit skip, you wind up unable to click further into the game. The
 menu also disappears. See demo_stuck.mp4 for what I mean. Logs:

 seems to work fine. See demo_works.mp4 for that.

 Thanks! This project is really cool. It's amazing to be able to relive
 some of these games with things like upscaling, etc.
