 Incidentally, I've run up to a very similar bug in TsAGE last week
 (testing for Blue Force). Not sure if this means that a solution to this
 would also apply or inform a solution for TsAGE too, and unfortunately,
 other than some investigation of the sound code I am as of yet not very
 knowledgeable about the Adlib driver code and don't have any ideas about
 the cause.

 It does happen under similar circumstances though, ie. a music fading into
 another and a note may keep hanging. As far as I can tell, that note is
 *meant* to be a hanging note, but the "hanging" gets wrongly extended
 after its music track gets removed from the channels. Additionally, the
 hanging note will get affected from the volume of the new track, but I
 think this is "expected", since as far as the engine is concerned the old
 track is not playing anymore.
