 This was reported by user maht on Discord.

 === Summary

 On some systems, in-game video rendering has performance issues in 11th
 Hour (I'm using the Windows release from GOG).

 Note that the first videos when starting a new game do NOT show this
 issue; it happens in later videos, when a regular gameplay is already
 going on. See the attached save for an example.

 === Setups triggering the issue

 This was reported (and reproduced) on PS3, but I also experience it on
 other devices:

 * e.g. a 1.33 GHz machine, when adding some additional load to it
 * or when switching the same machine from the OpenGL renderer to the SDL
 renderer

 and so the issue doesn't seem to be unique to the PS3 backend.

 === What was already tried

 @ccawley2011 wrote and suggested testing two diffs:

 * "GROOVIE: Switch to ARGB8888 for v2 games"
 * "SURFACESDL: Use SDL_PIXELFORMAT_ARGB8888 on the PS3"

 but building and testing this on PS3 didn't fix the issue, for now.
