 Hello

 Yes, renaming it to ELVIRA.PRG fixes the problem.
 I don't think I have a way to add the executable to the post but, next
 time I use my real Atari STe, I'll have a look to get my old french
 version files.

 Also, according to this site, there seems to exist a german version too:
