 Thanks to you both for the testing, I've addressed all of the above in the
 following PR: https://github.com/scummvm/scummvm/pull/7437

 It adds detection entries for the German version and handles the variants
 that had different layouts or which shipped with packed executables. Once
 it's merged it should work for all of them, though I haven't been able to
 verify the Spanish release yet.
