 Tested with a recent build for ScummVM 2026.2.1git from master HEAD, on
 Windows 10 x64.

 - On the ScummVM launcher, in Grid View, click on one of the partially
 visible bottom game tiles or top tiles.
 - ScummVM will auto-scroll to put the full tile into view.
 - If the mouse is not moved, there are graphical artifacts from other game
 tiles and the edges of the thumb on the scroll bar.

 I will attach a video demostrating the issue.
