 Tested with ScummVM 2026.3.0 and a recent 2026.3.1git build on Windows 10
 x64.

 1. Launch ScummVM in list view
 2. Put in a filter eg. "blade" (for Blade Runner match).
 3. Select a Blade Runner titles from the matching results
 4. Click Game Options.
 5. Optionally change a setting, though this is not required.
 6. Click Ok.
 Result: ScummVM returns to the filtered game list but the game selected is
 cleared (completely). The user needs to click on it again to launch it or
 edit its setting again. Note, clicking Cancel in the Game Options dialog
 does not remove the selection.

 I cannot reproduce this for all my game titles though, so this is not a
 deterministic behavior. For me it always happens for Blade Runner (filter
 "blade"), but not for eg. "The 11th Hour"  (filter: "11th") or "5 Days a
 stranger" (filter: "Days"). It does not seem connected to titles that
 appear below the first "page" of titles, because it does happen for
 earlier titles too.
