 Hi, I’m having an issue with the volume in ScummVM.

 When I had version 2.9.0 installed, the volume worked perfectly; I could
 hear the sound effects and music at maximum volume in *Monkey Island II*.
 However, after updating to version 2026.3.0, I ran into problems: even
 when I set the volume to the maximum, the sound effects remain very quiet.

 The same thing happens with *The Curse of Monkey Island*; when I tested
 the Spanish version, the cutscene audio was loud, but the voices were very
 quiet.

 In *The Secret of Monkey Island*, the CD music is very quiet while the
 *Special Edition* voices are loud; the only volume setting that actually
 has an effect is the MIDI music.

 The games affected are *Monkey Island I & II Ultimate Talkie Edition* and
 *The Curse of Monkey Island*.
