 OK, since the description is a bit confusing, here's another explanation:
 It's an item that appears on screen when opening the mummy's mouth, which,
 when clicked, a closeup appears.

 Here's the chain of events:
 - Item appears when opening the mouth
 - Item is clicked, Nancy starts talking
 - Before Nancy finishes talking, while the item is clicked and isn't
 visible, it can still be shown when hovering the mouse away from its
 initial spot
 - The item closeup appears, allowing the player to pick it up, and
 everything works correctly again

 So, it's a small time frame since the item is clicked and the item closeup
 appears
