 scummvm-log-file for information on where the log file can be found on
 different systems.

 Your mention of "finder" in the last message makes me think you are on
 macOS. In that case typing (or pasting) the following command in a
 Terminal.app window will open the log file in a text editor (where you can
 then copy the content).

 open ~/Library/Logs/scummvm.log
 }}}

 Note that the log file is cleared every time you restart ScummVM, so do
 this just after the issue occurs, and before you start ScummVM again.
