 many would find that kind of information "useful" especially developers,
 reviewers, commentators, curious on-lookers

 however, the average player just wants to click the game and go

 while tagging games as "win" "cdrom" "mac" "ega" etc can be useful
 and i would find "macromedia v4/v5/etc" useful; its simply extra
 information that bears nothing on playing the game

 besides, this information is printed in the output log when the game is
 selected and launched.
 eg: `Starting v404 Director game`

 if there is only "required director version" then what use would it be to
 print this on the game selection screen or options for every game?
