 Is this with every game you've tested with (adding or playing) or specific
 one(s) ?

 Can you give a specific example?

 Does the lock always occur or just sometimes? Is it always at the same
 spot while playing?

 Do these games exist locally on your PC hard disk drive or are they on a
 CD/DVD or remotely or on Cloud Storage?

 Is there anything on your system's Event Viewer like warnings or errors
 before the lock occurs? I'd look first under "Windows Logs" ->
 "Application" and "Windows Logs" -> "System"
