 I stopped it from crashing. However, my testing showed a different
 picture. The latest version that does not yet crash was 2.5.0. It crashes
 for me in 2.7.1, 2.7.0, and 2.6.0.

 But even in 2.5.0, the savegame is not loadable.

 Also, I am not sure that the saves could be loaded from the launcher for
 the Composer engine.

 Anyway, now it will not crash, but will produce warnings in the console.
