 For anyone who may be affected by this issue, it can be resolved by
 removing the file u000h01q.src from the NULL folder located in the
 installed ZGI_MX folder.

 Alternatively, you can remove the entire NULL folder, but it's not known
 at this time if this adversely affects any other part of the game. In my
 case, this action resolves both this issue and #16475 for me.
