 Thanks, I looked into it and:
 - for the HE.com logo ones, they are fetched from a "Downloads" folder,
 which appears to have hosted custom downloadable images from the official
 HE.com website, which might as well be lost media I'm afraid
 - for the icons "paper sheet with brush" and "PuttPutt with a wig/Pajama
 Sam with a fake nose/whatever Freddi Fish is doing", their purpose is to
 show custom creation by the users which are created and accessed from
 other sections. I have tried to do what the game suggests, and my
 creations do show up there, afterwards.

 So I'm glad to say that this appears to be a non-bug.
