 The cursor position limiter seems to be active for both the cellphone
 popup and the text box during a cellphone conversation. The cursor jumps
 into the cellphone box, then down to the text box a frame later; usually
 this means the cursor is forced to just below the lower-left corner of the
 cellphone area whenever a new line of conversation starts (i.e. a reply to
 something Nancy says).
