 In a conversation, Nancy's options should be clickable all across the
 textbox. This is convenient in the original so we can read Nancy's whole
 response without obstructing any of her text. Example attached where on
 the left (original) one of Nancy's options is highlighted and can be
 clicked even as the cursor is in the empty space to the right; in ScummVM
 on the right, it is not highlighted and a click does nothing there.
