New description:

 The checkboxes in the tasklist have different vertical positioning from
 the original: ScummVM seems to position them just slightly too high, and
 when a checkbox is checked in ScummVM, it moves one or two pixels
 downward, while they don't move in the original (but the blue box portion
 might actually become one pixel taller?). (Video attached.) (It's like
 they should be bottom-anchored instead of top-anchored in the text, or
 something like that.)

 Edit: Hmm, as for the movement, maybe it's actually that the original is
 trimming a top row of pixels off the checkbox before it is checked. The
 bilinear filtering in my recording doesn't exactly help there either...:)
