 After dialing a number, while waiting for the other end to pick up, the
 black strip on the cellphone has different features from the original.
 Notably the "BACK" button is missing, which serves to cancel the call and
 return to the main "WELCOME TO RIVER HEIGHTS Wireless" screen.

 (There should be no WEB and DIR labels; incidentally, those buttons can
 actually be clicked in the original and allow player to skip the ringing
 and jump to the conversation, although that's probably a bug in the
 original...)
