 While we're looking at cursors... the Main Menu cursor should be the red-
 highlighted yellow arrow, not the plain yellow arrow. It's kind of
 strange; I wonder honestly if it's a bug or unintentional setting in the
 original.

 It applies to:
 - Main Menu
 - Game Setup
 - "Are you sure you want to load a new game before saving the current
 game?" prompt

 but NOT to:
 - Load & Save Game
 - Help
