 When someone calls Nancy, the cellphone should not have any dialing-out
 tone; the conversation should begin immediately. (Maybe this only applies
 specifically to the game-over calls from the Rawleys--haven't received
 other calls yet in this game ... that I remember lol)

 Example recording attached.

 In the attached saves, step back and bother the white chicken twice to be
 called by the Rawleys (game over).
