Comment:

 This is intentional. The scroll text box in Nancy10 didn't have a
 scrollbar, which was introduced in Nancy11. I've opted to add the
 scrollbar to the Nancy10 textbox, exactly how it was added in Nancy11, as
 an enhancement. It helped unify the two different widgets, and it looks
 better, IMHO. Also, the conversation textbox has such a scrollbar, so
 unifying their looks was a no-brainer for me. The videos use the same
 widget for displaying text, so this explains the difference. You can see
 that the Nancy11 videos also have a scrollbar.

 So, the scrollbar is there on purpose. Closing as wontfix
